^^^This worked for me last night. I tried it and found it can work on BV in the mix but it does produce audible changes so I will stick with riding lead vocals though i could see using this on an aux send behind LV or anything out front

It does specifically say it's for Speech and Dialog recording. That said, I haven't tried it 'cause it's not in my account yet...
