MBox Factory Setup Plug Ins

I have Pro Tools LE 6.7 with an original MBox. The system was working great on my old computer. I have since upgraded and have a new one. The install of the MBox & Pro Tools went off without a hitch. Opened older saved sessions / created new ones etc. Today I installed the included factory plug-ins and Pro Tools freezes on start up - loading plug-ins. I have my iLok that came with the bundle plugged into a working USB port (light on the iLok is on). I tried downloading the latest driver from the iLok website (v. 5.8.11.3225). Still freezing on launching Pro Tools. I uninstall the factory plug-ins and it launches fine. Any thoughts / suggestions ??

Did 6.7 come with a factory bundle or are you trying to upgrade to V-8 also?

The factory bundle (Disc) came with my MBox & LE 6.7 .... on the iLok site (iLok.com) it finds my iLok and the factory bundle plug-ins all registered to me w/ no expiration.
Do I need to (can I) upgrade the plug ins ???
