Mini Grand instrument track being distorted after bounce

For a strange reason, After I bounce my song to the disk, when I play the song file in itunes or any other audio device, The Mini Grand instrument track sounds distorted as if it is clipping.

However, the audio levels are set correctly. It is not even close to clipping in the mix. It doesnt sound like that in PT either. Only after I create the bounce file and its only that instrument track. Any reasons why this is happening and only to this intrument track???

My bounce to disk options used:

File: .wav
Stereo
48k (ive used 41K with same result)
16bit

I have the same problem I'm using PT M-Powered 7.4, yesterday when i tried to bones on song It's bones good without problem, after that when I play it I haired a distorted in some tracks.

I don't know how to fix it, If anybody have the solution please give it to us.
