Antares Auto Tune 5 download upgrade hangs up install
I'm hoping there's an answer out there for this issue. I bought AutoTune 5 in CD form a couple hundred years ago, and there is an update from the CD (v5.03) online at Antares, to v5.08. Well, the update goes about 80% of the way and then freezes up. Under the install screen is this error message.... "Could not complete your request because access violation occurred, unable to read location 0x00000040 at address 0x6122B59 in module: DAE.dll." When I close the error message I'm being told by the install wizard that the install was a success but I know that isn't the case because now when I try to open PTMP 8.0.5, it hangs up and freezes when it gets to Autotune.dpm. It all used to work fine, but I had to buy a new copy of Windows 7 disk and reinstall everything due to the computer being hijacked & the original W7 access code was corrupted. I appreciate any insight to this and thank you so much in advance. Richrdc
