Default Digi003 as control surface

Depending on which project I'm working on I use either PT9 or Cubase 6. (Both in Windows 7 64bit)

Has anyone got a midimap for Digi003 (or Digi002 if they share same controls) as a XML-file which I could import into Cubase 6?

If not; then what option should one choose when creating a 'Generic Remote' in Cubase for Digi003:

1. FW 003 MIDI 1 (IN/OUT)
2. FW 003 MIDI AsyncMidiControl
3. FW 003 MIDI MidiControl
