Hi,

I just signed up here since I am having the same issue. Erased my drive and need to download the installer again, but can’t sign in. I tried the ”Forgot password” option several times from various devices over the last week, but I am not receiving any mail.

Any help to resolve the issue is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi trying to buy new pro tools after using PT8 for many years.
I had an old account but can't remember the password.
forgot password says it has sent a link to my email but nothing shows up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Jeffro

First thanks. I was able to login and buy Pro tools.
I'm NOW attempting to link my iLok account to my Master Avid account.
Again, it says it will send a conf email but doesn't
ALSO since I have the older Key dongle, I would like to use iLok cloud.

I'm so excited to get started :)

I am experiencing the same issue right now. Not sure if it's a website bug or an issue with gmail, but it's been an issue for the past 12 or so hours. I keep filling the small for to reset my password, but no reset link is being sent to my email address.

I logged on today and pro tools told me I was not activated. after this I checked my bank statements and it said the payment went though and was successful. so I tried to log in but it said my account was locked. after this I went to reset PW but the email never went through after multiple attempts.

Welcome to the community.

I found your account and your licenses are in sync with your product, so Pro Tools Studio should launch if you have opened an iLok Cloud session or you are signed into Avid Link.

Your Avid account was locked (occurs after too many failed login attempts) so unlocked that and will reply with a temp password via your support case.
