Automation issues + VCAs w/ 003

Hi!

Despite updating to 2018.1.0, utilizing Thrasher and just now a total re-install of PT, databases, preferences as well as new 003 drivers I still have a couple of issues that someone else might have found solutions to?

Been having issues since later versions of PT12 (can't recall exact version) with volume automation on MIDI clips/regions.

If I start playback by marking a clip on the timeline or playback from timeline marker/memory location it won't read the first automation points. The volume is often much higher than the fade in effect I want - even higher than max automation level. Everything works fine if I start playback ahead of the clip. Wouldn't be an issues normally but on several sessions I need to do tons of prints from the exact start of most clips. :/

I've been going through all automation on all tracks on several sessions and I've noticed an interesting bug that occurs that might have some correlation with this issue (like I would know? :) Let's say I've duplicated or moved a clip to a new location with all automation copied as well. The first automation point at the exact start of the clip can't be deleted by hovering the mouse over it using Alt+Click. I have to do a selection that starts before and after the point I want to delete to remove it. If I add a new automation point there's no hassle, just the copied/duplicated one.

Second issue is with 003 and VCAs.

With 2018.1.0 the 003 Fader won't recognize any VCAs on loading up a session. If I add new VCAs to the session they show up and works just fine but doesn't show up next time I open up the session again. Anyone still with 003 and has the same issues?
