Default What Furniture For Artist Series?

What sort of "desk" are you guys using for your Euphonix Artist Series control surfaces?

Are you using something like a purpose built desk from Argosy or Malone design? Are you modifying an existing desk? Having a desk built? Or are you taking the DIY approach?

Some pictures would also be nice...

I do not work for Avid (their loss)...my only relationship with Avid is that of a customer (when I'm not too poor to buy stuff, like now)...and that hot administrative assistant...that's more of a "thing" than a "relationship" (that should keep them guessing for a while...)

Just rockin'...what more is there?

Thanks for posting those links, but what I'm really looking for is what people are actually using as desks for their Artist series gear...

Check out Sound Construction. I had Todd build me a custom one last year. Euphonix mix station.

We have the Argosy. Lots of assembly time. Looks good. Could be improved as far as cable management is concerned.

Man - do any of these companies actually use these desks or work at a desk for 8 hours a day? The ergonomics are brutal. The reach / height between everything is completely out of whack.

Here's a couple of pictures of what used to be an Argosy Control 24 desk that was for modded for a 32 fader ProControl and lastly for 3 MC Mix, MC Control, and a MC Transport. I made the armrest deeper, i.e. 8 inches deep so that I had a "wrist rest" for my computer keyboard. Everything is right in reach. Check out the pics:
