Need help setup home studio

I recently bought and 003 and roland fantom G6. I have been trying to sync my fantom to pro tools but have been unable...can someone please help.

There are different way to do things depending your goal..

Do you want to record MIDI?

Do you want to record Audio?

Do you want to have MIDI information in ProTools trigger the Fantom?

ETc..

Yes I do want pro tools trigger the fantom I changed the setting on both pro tools and the fantom..
I want to be able to record audio and midi if possible

fANTOM:
Menu / System / SYNC/TEMPO
SYNC/TEMPO:
Sync Mode = Slave-Midi
Sync Output = Off
Tempo Override (opt) = Off
-----
MMT/MTC:
MMC Mode = Slave
MMC Output Off
MTC Sync Output = Off
Defaults on all the rest of the settings:

PROTOOLS SIDE:


Setup | Session
Clock Source is Internal
Expand the Time Code Settings and enable USING MTC

Setup | Peripherals
On the Sync Tab
MTC Reader Port: Any
MTC Generator Port: Roland Fantom (This data is pulled from the selection from where you setup the Audio Midi Setup)

Setup | Midi | Beat Clock
Check Roland Fantom
