Static Sound When Keyboard Plugged In???

Ok, so I've been recording for years using Pro Tools 7 and my mbox 2. Now I recently upgraded my studio. I bought a pair of Mackie monitors as well as a new PC running Windows 7. Upon installing Pro Tools 9, I started getting a static noise that was picking up when recording (and bouncing) when my keyboard (Roland Phantom G6) was plugged in, NOT turned on. I tried everything to get rid of this. New cables, new power outlets, bought a new iMac 27" and a new mbox 3 and I'm still getting this sound. Does it seem like the power in my building might just be too dirty? I've heard of instances where a building's power is unusable for a recording studio. I haven't had time for a sandra report yet. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Why did you start another thread about the exact same thing?

It's not about the exact same thing, there's major updates. I've tried multiple equipment replacements without any changes. Instead of someone having to read my update, then scroll to the beginning of the last topic, I figured I'd save people time and give all the updated info together.
