Eucon 3.6.1 S3 LCD font oversized?

Sounds familiar, I'm trying to find out what is causing this and a workaround. What is you display configuration, number of monitors and their resolutions ?

Windows 10

Geforce GT730
secondary display (PT): Dell ST2421L 1920*1080 (native)
primary display (video window): Optoma HD142x projector 1920*1080 1080p (native)

I used to have 2 monitors on the gt730 for PT and the projector on Blackmagic Intensity Pro, but due to the BM issues I removed it.

It's not too bad as all the info is still on the lcds, it just feels a bit weird.

Try dragging the S3 out and in again with EuControl running on either monitor. Did you update the firmware ?

None of that seems to do the trick. I also tried setting the Optima to 720p as that was the resolution of the video I was working on. So far no luck. Would it help if I experimented some more with different resolutions on both monitors?

Can confirm this is happening to me also.

CPU: i7 7700k - stock speeds
Memory: 16GB Corsair Vengance DDR4 3000
GPU: Gigabyte Aorus 1080Ti Extreme
Primary Monitor: ACER CB280HK
Secondary Monitor: Acer T272HUL

Primary Controller: AVID S3
Secondary Controller: Pro Tools | Dock + Pro Tools | Control

EuCon also reports that Pro Tools | Control is out of date, even though it's been updated.

Was working fine until the 3.6.1 update. Can I roll back?

Okay Uninstalled 3.6.1, restarted, Installed 3.6, restarted.

S3 fonts are right size and S3 appears to be working as expected.

Pro Tools | Dock, appears to be working.

Eucon still gives the error message: "Pro Tools | Control and EuControl versions are incompatible" and refuses to let the | Control connect, and I don't believe there is a way to roll back a version in the App store? So if this isn't working, then technically, the Dock is only half working, since | Control is half of the equation.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately the App Store can't have 2 versions in it so only 3.6.1 will work. We are working on this right now but can you try something for me in the meantime. Disconnect one of your monitors and then restart EuControl and see if the fonts are OK with just 1 monitor connected. If so whilst still running connect back the second monitor.

We've been trying to reproduce this and can't. Have you updated the firmware on the S3 ? What's the build of Windows you are running ?

Second monitor has nothing to do with it. If it's display based it would be that the EuCon software version 3.6.1 is not handling DPI properly. 3.6 does however.

As stated I am running Windows 10 Anniversary with all updates. If you cannot replicate it, can you remove it from the downloads and roll the app back in the store? I'm a small business owner paying a lease on equipment that I currently cannot use because of your updates. It's disappointing as things have been going so well recently.

I would be happy to look at the code for you if you've not kept an internal change-log and are not sure what changes you made would impact this.

EDIT: Also want to make the note that even with EuCon 3.6.1 installed, and the iPad updated to the latest version of Pro Tools | Control I get the following error: "Pro Tools | Control and EuControl versions are incompatible" So apparently even the latest version of EuCon and Pro Tools | Control are incompatible with eachother? So what version of EuCon am I supposed to use with the latest version (only available version on the App Store) of Pro Tools | Control?

EDIT 2: Also yes, updated all firmware that required an updated (checked every device in EuCon software to make sure).
