Just saw it in my Avid account available for download. Yay!

Looks like a clean uninstall is not needed if you have 12.3.1 installed. Is that correct? Thanks.

It looks that way, but I always do a clean install.

Clean uninstalled here, just done first freeze test ... Looks to be working great!
