Audio Drive Size limit ?

Does Protools Have an size limit on drives ? As we're arrived at 3TB drives, I bought some G-Drive 3TB to use. (I've used G-Tech drives for years ) & the 2 3TB G-drives I bought don't work. I formatted them Apple Partition Map & can't play back , nor record a single track of audio without getting 9030, 9031, & 9060 errors, instantly.. Partitioning them smaller had no effect either.... I swapped out the internal Hitachi 3TB SATA III drives with Hitachi 2TB SATA2 drives & Seems to work Fine ...

What's the deal. I've never seen anything on size limits on Digi Specifications.

Any thoughts ?
