Default Memory Control Panel

HELP I'm working with Pro tools on a Mac computer and I was reading my protools book and it said I can speed up disk bounces and save by reducing disk cache in Memory Control Panel. How do I find out where this is located THE MEMORY CONTROL PANEl

I believe they want you to right click on my computer and click on properties, then click on the advanced tab, then under performance click settings and click on the advanced tab in there. From there you can change the virtual memory

This only applied to OS9 - there is no Memory control panel in OS X.
