Can't save templates in 12.4.....

Hello.. Trying to save templates in 12.4 and I am getting the following error message.

"Could not save as "Untitled" because Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/158347/ProTools/NewFileLibs/Sys/Sys_FileLoc.cpp", line 199.

Please send help....
