Panning Issues with Pro Tools LE 8

Comrades,
I'm having panning, panning bleed issues with Pro Tools Software ONLY.

I'm running Pro Tools LE 8 using a Black Lion Signature Modded OO2

A couple things:
-When I open Logic Pro and monitor through the OO2 there is NO issues.
-The issue occurs on every output and even on the metering within the Master bus on the mix window.
-The MONO button on the OO2 is NOT pressed

PLEASE, PLEASE HELP
