Default clicks and pops.. playback help

Hi,

I'm getting clicks and pops on one of my plug ins (Pitch Blender). What's a good playback setting to use to avoid this?

I am running a session at 96k, HW buffer size is at 8192, CPU usage at 99%, 48 voices 2 DSPs, Delay compensation at Short, DAE playback buffer at level 4, Both HD cards are filled, PCI and CPU usage at about 45%, 56 of 256 TDM time slots used.

PT 6.9.2
OSX Tiger
HD3
96 I/O

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Are you using a computer with two or more processors? If so, try using only one in the Playback Engine.

Yes I have a G4 867 dual process, mirror doors.

Sorry, but how do I allocate one on the playback engine? Thanks!

Ah, yes. Missed that piece of info. You're right, PT 7 only.
Sorry.
