video playback too slow in pt 11
imported a H.264 video into my pt 11 session. Made sure the settings timecode and frame rate matched in the session settings. The sound plays fine but the video is playing slow and jittery. This is the first time this has ever happened. I score films all the time. Not sure why. Please advise!

h264 is no good for PT , specially with extreme compression ,
but simply playback should work... try to export the video to ProRes Proxy Codec ( you can use for this mpeg-streamclip (freeware)) and try again... for editing and recording is h264 a pita because PT jumps always to keyframes while scrolling . but since simple playback should work , its worth to look at the graphics-card/driver.. system specs?

As you are on PC with Windows, I would suggest you use Streamclip or Handbrake and convert the files to DNxHD36, a format, like ProRes, that PT is very happy with.

Have you manually set PT's frame rate to match the video?
