Sync problem with MIDI tempo map and sound

Hello!

When i'm importing a MIDI tempo track (from Dorico) and audio from Cubase the audio and clicktrack i create doesn't seem to line up properly. The click is ahead of the audio. I have had this same problem several times with projects from different people.
It must be a problem with the audio import?

What am i not understanding here?
I am importing everything, and not just clicking and dragging it into the session.
