Default Latched record enable.

Hello.

I can't seem to find the option to turn off the latched record-enable feature on audio tracks. Is there away to do this?

My system resources spike when a record-enable button is activated, and having this happen automatically as I jump from track to track while mixing is kind of annoying.

I've googled it many times but I can't seem to find a straightforward answer.
