Cant get one of my 192's to sync

I have a sync IO which is running my big ben. The big ben is then controlling 3 192's. I have the big ben in WC and have gone through my session window to lock the 192's. But two 192's will lock and the third starts to lock to external but then quickly goes into external. How do i get my third to lock then. I also went to the back of the rig and checked to see if my cables were configured correctly. All the cables are correct.

A guy I worked with would say - check if it's plugged then check if it's on . So first thing I'd do is try differrent cables going into differrent plugs. One of those could be faulty. Try a cable from other units that works for sure and plug into a BNC jack that works.
