Digi 002r URGENT HELP- stuck on mute HELP

This is wierd.

Usually when i turn on the 002r, it clicks a few times (mute on/off/on) then the sample rate light goes on, and its good to go.

Heres the problem: When I power on the unit, it is allready muted, doesnt click, and I cant get it off mute (by pressing the mute button). No sample rate light comes on, no FW light comes on.
Pro Tools gives me the warning "Cannot locate hardware..." and the digi 002 doesnt show up in control panel/ audio.

I didn't change my setup at all, ive tried changing the pci slot of my FW card, ive tried power cycling the Digi 002...nada.
This sure is frustrating.

Might have hardware issues with your 002R..
Put "power harness" in the search engine...see what comes up.
