Will a boxed version be on your AVID account?

If you buy a boxed version of say Protools 7 and register it, and you have a need to change computers, but all you have is a laptop without a disk drive, will it show up as a downloadable program on your AVID account (doing this for someone else's question) so that you can install the program off the internet as opposed to the disk drive that doesn't exist?
