Agree. Software faults when fixed should be releases.

Do you know anyone with an active account? if you have the Digilink on your iLok you can get into higher version numbers.

Avid does need to have an updated re-look of the bug fix policy.

Did anyone figure this out? I have the EXACT same problem - meaning there are NO 12.5.1 installers in my account through the download section OR the Application manager. I've been at this for over 2 hours now.
