Can you copy and paste the entire line item for the iLok auth info from the iLok website for your Pro Tools M-Powered auth? I'd like to see if we're overlooking something there...
Do you possibly have a spare iLok? If so, try moving the auth from the current iLok to your spare and try it again. This could certainly be a defective iLok - even though it's being seen, there may be something wrong with it. Is it possible to test it on another system with the same version of Pro Tools? You can test it on Mac or PC - the platform isn't the factor here... |

I don't have a spare iLok and I can't test the iLok on another computer because I don't have one. I wish I could, because I know that would help a lot.
As for the iLok line item, are you referring to the downloadable excel spreadsheet on ilok's webpage? I'm having the EXACT same problem. Same OS..same exact issue. I wire everything up, install everything hoping for a smooth installation, but no go. I've been banging my head at dead end after dead end. Of course, digi design was closed when i called. 7pm or so on a friday..figures. Anyway, if you found a solution, PLEASE help.
