Where is PT 2020?
I'm rolling back from 2021 as it causes problems for me but I cannot see any 2020 version in my account? Next version collection is 2019. I had a 2020 version installed before the update to 2021 so it's very weird. I didn't keep any installers as I assumed they would be in my account as usual.

We typically keep the current + 1 previous rev with each product in my.avid.com/products. You can find installers for 12.6/higher in the Avid Download Center linked from my.avid.com. See avid.secure.force.com/pkb/articles/how_to/Download-Center-Account for more info.

I recommend saving all downloaded installers to any large external drive.
