MBOX mini 3rd gen XLR issue
Hello,
I have a win 10 machine and an older MBox mini 3rd generation (the rounded one with purple avid triangles on top). With no drivers installed my XLR condenser mic works fine in all programs on my PC (teamspeak, discord, other ingame chats) however without the drivers installed i can't use protools 8LE because it says unable to detect my digidesign hardware. When i install the drivers its totally breaking my recording device because my system is only recognizing the rca line 1/2 inputs and making that the default which obviously doesn't work since i'm using the XLR cable. It doesn't give me the option to use the microphone input like before. I just want to use the default XLR input like when there is no drivers installed. Hoping someone can help me get my XLR input to be recognized again. Thank you. |
