Input paths not available w/ Mbox2 mini in PTLE 8.05

Input paths not available w/ Mbox2 mini in PTLE 8.05

I can't get any input paths to be made active. They've been working & have stopped. I can get sound thru the interface but can't record anything. PLEASE HELP!!!
