Default I'm having trouble logging into protools first

When I try logging into my ProTools First software(with Focusrite Scarlett 2i2) after I installed the program I get the following message:
"AAE error -3001 was encountered. Not enough privileges to raise priority of thread. Bad installer?". I checked the online knowledge base and it said I should run the program as administrator. I'm wondering what that means and how to do it. Is it an issue on how I installed the program? I had followed a link that I received in an email following my purchase of the hardware with the program from Musician's Friend.

Thank you
