Default calibration kit suggestion

Looking to buy a new calibration kit for our 2 cinemas.

Anyone used the D2, pros and cons ? The kit was suggested from the folks at QSC. We use their QSys system in our room.

Smaart is pretty much the standard. I think Dolby uses it too in a specially Dolby-branded version. It does more than just RTA. It can do live transfer function for magnitude, phase info and can do live IR, has X-Curve overlay etc. etc. and is cross-platform.

Studio Six Audio Tools is a very good tool. I compared it to various professional audio measurement systems and it shows results within a reasonable tolerance. You can purchase additional hardware and software modules, even the SMAART, if you wish.

I would suggest you talk to your Local Dolby office and talk with the guys who typically tune your room. See what they suggest. I know it's Smart based but what mics do they pick to use?
