Yep I thought it looked cool as well.
My biggest gripe with many podcasts, even ones from companies like Vox Media who should be able to do well is volume equalization. Quiet ads, then loud ads. One person quiet, the other loud, overall levels suddenly changes etc. I hope this tool helps with that and helps warn etc. if it thinks there is a problem.

Looking at the video, there is an audio editor with waveforms, volume line and fade capability. The replacement of spoken word by just replacing text is scary for a VO like myself.
