Loaded up the New PT/Control ..

1) Channel Page - Sends - the Select Button does not Open the Send Window in PT .. the SEL button works on Inserts but not Sends .. so on Insert SEL opens the Plugin Window but on Sends nothing happens ..

2) are we to Automate a Send using this small horizontal fader ?? it does work but it would be nice to have a Long Fader to automate ..

3) Sends - Pre/Post - no control ??

4) Input - this is cool ..

5) Plugin Control is cool ...

6) new Softkeys is Cool ...

7) Soft Keys - Pages .. tons of tools here .. page 143 - change Meters .. nice .. Home Key gets you back to page 1 ??

***** might need some more options like Go Back to Previous Page ...

these are the first thoughts ... getting better for sure ..

make sure you restart your iPad after install ..

There is a way to change send pre/post from the app. You have to press either the "sel" or the other button. ( do not have the app open in front of me right now ) It is not obvious. One of the hidden features

Found it by accident myself.

i tried this .. SEL and IN are the options ..

if you figure it out when in front of PT please let us know ..

also, is there a way to have a Larger Vertical Send Fader ?? so we can ride a Delay or other FX ..

i love the Softkeys Page and how it works .. very nice .. Page 1 has most things on it ..and easy to get there and back .. since there are 150 pages ..

Giving this a Bump .. assuming NO right now .. i have looked around the software and cannot find anyway to do it ..

Read the User's Guide last pm... (Yep, IMAGEEK! )...

Only mention of Fader flip is to say that, if connected to an S3, the Dock's fader ignores the Flip command... bummer... Is it really that difficult to put a Flip Fader command on this thing?? My Command 8 had it, guys... seems like quite the oversight...

No where else is flip fader mentioned, so looks like john1192's assumption is correct.

... and there is no joy in Mudville, Might Casey has struck out...

Hope the rotary encoders on this thing are MUCH improved from the Artist Control- those honestly suck.
