Session froze, then deleted it's self?

This issue sounds kinda like what I expierienced recently in regards to external hd's having different letter id's.. I worked on a session, saved it, went to save all backups to a new backup external hd, and when I reopened the session, some of the tracks were gone...poof! The track strip looks like I just made it.. Nothing there but a name on the strip, and a greyed out region file.. Now I can't find the data anywhere. Funny thing is it's just a couple tracks of the tune, no the whole thing?? Any thoughts would be great..

It happened again!!

This time i didn't have Kontakt running, but i had EW, so clearly it's not Kontakt that's the issue here. Yet again my session file just went missing, this is soo confusing!!

It always happends when i'm saving a project, or delete regions. I get a DAE error 9400 and 9031, does anyone know what they're related to??

What's even more annoying is that everytime this happends i have to keep restarting my computer because it screwes up everything.
