PT 12 + iLok Issue

I had to reformat my macbook 2012 15" and reinstall PT with Mojave (I have to use it for other programs). When I install PT 11, it works fine. However, when I go to use PT 12, it doesn't accept my iLok license / iLok USB device.


It says:

"Select License to Activate

You don't have any licenses in your account, or none of the licenses there have activations available. If you have an iLok USB device with a license activated on it, please plug it in now.

You have one pending license delivery that requires you to surrender one or more licenses from your account.

Please run iLok License Manager and complete the license delivery. After completing the delivery you can activate in iLok License Manager or come back and activate the license here."


Please help! I have licenses through PT 2018. If I didn't, then PT 11 wouldn't work and PT 12 worked fine before my reformat.
