<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">You need to calibrate any time you are recording from or to analog. There is a section on calibration in the manual. Two good tools to own are an analog oscillator and a Fluke that measures in decibels as well as volts. Check out the cal info and then ask specific questions. If you don't know the basics of calibration, you should probably invest in a book on the rudiments of analog recording. You'll still need to interface to an analog world sometimes, so learning about this is useful knowledge.
