Inserting Plug-ins before others causing lock-up

Just recently reformatted and installed Pro Tools 10.2

I'm experiencing a lot of lock-ups which force me to hard-reset my system, and it seems to occur predominantly because of plug-ins issues.

I use a variety of things, the stock Tools ones, some waves plug-ins (Wave Tune Lite is constantly doing this), and I also have a Liquid Mix which uses a wrapped RTAS Plug-in.

If I insert a plug-in BEFORE any other plug-in on a track, I get a complete lock-up. This occurs during playback or even when doing nothing.
