How to connect my laptop and iPod and other aux inputs to my studio monitors

Hey guys,

I have a focus rite 18i20 preamp that feed a pair of M-Audio D x 8 through TRS. I was wondering how to connect my laptop or iPod without having to go from the preamp and direct when i am not recording in the studio.
