Default Where is the "Auto Renewal" Option in "My Products and Subscriptions"?

Hi
I want to turn off the auto renewal of my Perpetual PT12 License, but there is no option in "My Products and Subscriptions" on my account.
Under "Pro Tools Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 update" there are only the pt12 pt11 and pt10 installers.
I've upgraded PT10 to PT12 in december 2014, and my plan will lapse on 03/31/2016.
Will i be notified to renew my plan before the deadline, right??

Hello jhowas,

You purchased Perpetual PT12 License which will expire on 03/31/2016. AFAIK you will be notified before the expiration date. The renewal option is for subscription license. Hope this helps.

Am I hijacking here? Sorry if I am. How do I know what "kind" of license I have? How do I know when it will expire? My Sweetwater rep was of little help in telling me what exactly I purchased for 599 late last year (might've been early this Jan). He was unaware of the 399 renewal thing for HD too. All they wanted to do was charge me another 599. Worse, can someone tell me how much it's going to cost WHEN I have to pony up again? Any help Digi?

PS This is for HD not vanilla.

It's Perpetual, Time Period: Nov 08, 2014 - to - Mar 31, 2016 I hope this is what your looking for.

A HD renewal is not available in the Store and it doesn't say anywhere what it will cost to renew.
In the FAQ it's all about "If you bought the upgrade in 2015"
I bought it in 2014...

and will the second year be 399$ (for me 2016) and 599 for the third year?

We have heard it several times but here is one more time.

$599 first hear and $399 the following YEARS

Yes it's in the FAQ, but not in the Avid Store...

I hope before March 2016 before my plan expires it will be there...

I guess I have to open a support ticket for that...
