Digidelivery Failure (client)

I keep getting a "failure" error when downloading a 640 meg file. It starts the download then fails. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the client software (also a new download of it). I've repaired disk permissions and have 120 gig of available space on my drive.

I'm able to download and upload files of over a gig in size from other FTP servers with no problems. Any ideas?

Make sure to delete the partial download, then try again. If it's still stalling out, it's likely that the delivery was corrupted on upload. This kind of corruption can be introduced by a bad cable, etc. The 2.1.1 client has improved checksum capabilties to detect and repair these random errors. Have the sender update to the latest client and repost the delivery.
