Pricing and Availability

• Eleven MK II is available now from Avid Resellers or the Avid Store for $499 (USD).

Upgrades

• Upgrades to Eleven MK II from Eleven are available exclusively from the Avid Store.
• Until December 31st, 2015, upgrade from the original Eleven plug-in or Eleven LE for $49.
• Starting January 1st, 2016, the upgrade to Eleven MK II will be $99.

Q) What license is deposited into an iLok account when activating Eleven MK II (full or upgrade)?
A) The Eleven MK II Bundle is deposited for both full and upgrade purchases. The bundle allows authorization for Eleven, Eleven LE and Eleven MK II plugins.

Q) Can Eleven MK II full or upgrade be purchased anywhere else apart from the Avid Store?
A) The Eleven MK II upgrade is only from the Avid Store however you can purchase the full version Eleven MK II from Resellers or the Avid Store.

Q) Is Eleven MK II included with the plug-in bundle for Pro Tools HD Upgrade Plans?
A) Yes, it will be added to the Additional Value Content and will authorized by the Pro Tools HD Plan license. This should be completed within 1 week.

Q) Is Eleven MK II now included as the Free Eleven Promo?
A) No, customers that purchase a Pro Tools 12 Perpetual License, Pro Tools Annual Upgrade and Support Plan ($199), or Pro Tools Annual Subscription (started Aug 21st 2015) will continue to get the original Eleven plug-in for free. All customers that received the Eleven plug-in as part of the promo have the option of upgrading to Eleven MK II via the Avid Store.

Q) Are any customers eligible for a free upgrade of Eleven MK II?
A) No, but the discounted upgrade is available through the end of 2015.

Q) I don't see new installers on the product page, where do I download them?
A) Registered users can find installers for Eleven MK II in their Avid account or in Avid Application Manager.

Pro Tools|HD Upgrade and Support Plan customers can now find Eleven MK II in the Additional Value Content included with your software section of the product in their Avid account (note that this is in addition to the Eleven 12.1 installer already there).

It can be authorized by the Eleven MK II or Pro Tools HD Plan license.
