It's an amazing super powerful Machine, I could compare it to the $3500 TRAK2 same Pre's and maybe A/D converters, The same team from Trak2 built this unit, but before you buy it go test, there's a coloration on the pre's, which I think it's amazing, some people like the clean sound of focusrite. Also on thge mini me you get 3 position soft limiting a nice nice compressor as you track...my opinion, best money I ever spent.
Hope it helps,
Joel

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">It's not the same pre or converter as the Trak 2. It's based on the design of the Trak 2, but mainly because of limitations of the power supply there's not as much gain in the preamps, nor as much dynamic range in the A/D converters.

Still an amazing preamp and converter though...

I won't record anything anymore on my 001 if it doesn't come thru the mini-me, and it will in about 2 weeks!

I know, I know, I'm gonna be banned for that but when you've tried it...
