Default iLok Cloud Problem

Hey all,

Just tried to use PT 2018 for the first time with the iLok Cloud, and can't seem to get it working.
I've found plenty of threads saying to just disable the Cloud session, then restart it and it should work... But no joy.

I've also followed all the walkthrough videos I can find....

I have a perpetual licence which is in-date.

When I open a Cloud session I see 12 activations (which all appear to be AVID freebies like Tel Ray delay and the BF stuff), but no Protools.

Protools is however available on my iLok 3.... I just can't seem to get it to move over to the Cloud session.

Any thoughts on this?... A couple of threads mentioned 'getting the licence off the iLok'.... But I can't actually find the info of how to do this.

Thanks so much in advance

Did you watch this video?

iLOK CLOUD | IN DEPTH
https://youtu.be/NKZINYC7W_0

In the ILM:

Click the iLok that your Pro Tools License is on.

Drag your Pro Tools license to your iLok Account (where your name is)
Or choose De-activate. That sends the license to your account cloud.

You're a star... Thanks so much. Not sure what I was doing wrong, but that video totally walked through the correct way to do it.

I think I was trying to drag the iLok asset to the Cloud not to my account....

Thanks again
