Unable to reach the Avid Support Center
Got this:
Error Oops Looks like something is not right. Please contact your administrator. 503 - Service Unavailable Copyright © 2003-2017. Ping Identity Corporation. All rights reserved. Anyone? I'm covered by the annual plan until 12 November
