Maybe I'm one of the fortunate few, was able to retrieve all my plugs, Global TDM, EverPak, etc. Upgraded to the AAX version of Everpack & installed the new TDM versions. Was good to finally see them working again. Like a lot of others, have moved onto other plugs. So I'll be spending a little time comparing to see where I can start using them again. Charles Dye got me started on them when they were pretty much the only 'analog sims' in town. Yes I'm annoyed that it's taken so long for them to get their act together. But I also understand the economy in Spain is horrible. 25% unemployment I've heard. Not an excuse, but maybe a possible reason....

If this is how companies are run in Spain no wonder they are in financial trouble. I wanted to upgrade my native Everpack to TDM version of their plugs which would mean giving them money and they still don't answer a ticket. What more do they want, BLOOD!!!!!

Here it is:

We have replied twice to your messages through our control panel but you don't seem to be getting our messages. Please log in to the support website with your ticket number and your email address and you will be able to see our responses to both your tickets.
So... the only MINOR LEETLE PROBLEM is that the initial "support request" was for them to send me the VERIFICATION EMAIL that allows me to LOG IN in the first place!!!!

(and none of the support tickets you fill out give you the ticket number at the time you fill them out...)

Hmmmmm......
Wow, now THAT'S "Customer Service"...
