Default Won\'t bounce to disc

PTLE v.7 won't let me bounce to disk either for AIFF or Mp3 files. Getting "Could not complete Bounce to Disc command because Assertion in "FF_AudioProperty.cpp", line 33. Why?

Read this whole thing, especially trashing preferences and Digidesign Database Folder on every hard drive.

http://duc.digidesign.com/showflat.p...fpart=1#313423

then report back, you gotta help us out:

what mac?
What OS version?
What Digi version 7.what?
WHat hardware?
Are you using an external hard drive, what kind?
What ports are they plugged into on your computer?

can't help with no stats.

It's a Mac G4 desktop using v. 10.4.8 and v. 7.0 PT. I use a second HD internal dedicated to PT. It has been bouncing fine for the past 2 years and recently began disallowing it.

Why?
Most probably because DAE buffers is set to 8... if so, go back to the default value 2.

Pro Tools 7.0 was never qualified past OSX 10.4.6, you could try updating your Pro Tools version as your running 10.4.8.

Cheers
