Highlight the hit you wish to move and hit Alt-H and type in the amount to move. If you are trying to tighten things up to a click, go into grid mode. Use Tab to Transient to find the leading egde of the hit>hold Shift key and drag to the right to highlight the entire hit(with decay) and seperate the region(I use cut/paste but there are other methods). Now you can drag it and it will snap to the grid, or you can cut the hit region>place your cursor near the grid and click(it will snap to grid) and paste(Ctrl-V) and it will line up perfectly with the grid. Without the grid, you will need to experiment to get hits placed right. Now if this is an acoustic kit, you may need to pay attention to leakage on other drum tracks. Remember Alt-Z to undo and once you finish, consolidate the track so it is not a boatload of little snippets. Maybe duplicate the track before you start>mute the original and have at it knowing you can delete the entire track and start again if you get too messed up with it.

Highlight the hit you want to move and press Ctrl+B (or just B in shortcut mode). That makes your selection a new region. Now in Slip mode you can use your mouse to nudge or move the new region wherever you want.

Rock on.

I believe you are looking for this Command Keyboard Focus in order for you to continue on with this:
