MIDI TROUBLE!!!

Sup everybody? I'm having some trouble inporting a midi file from my korg Triton into pro tools.. After i imported my midi file from the triton to pro tools i noticed how some of my instruments arent performin correctly.. its not playing the proper sequence from the triton.. does anyone have any suggestions?
