Pro Tools 7.0 Plugin Updater Problem

I posted this problem 2 days ago but i'ma repost. Basically I installed and loaded up the Pro Tools 7.0 Plugin Updater. After that attempt, Pro Tools wont startup if Pultec Bundle and Smack LE is installed. So i have to remove Pultec and Smack in order to run Pro Tools. Any Suggestions to fixing this bug?
