Have you set up the MIDI Beat Clock correctly in Pro Tools?

Re: *MIDI SYNCH PROBLEM ON PROTOOLS 6.4*!!!
hi,
I have Triton and 6.4. 2 things to be sure of is that the Beat clock setting for the midi port in Pro Tools that you have the Triton plugged in to is checked, and that the midi clock on the Triton is set to external. Hope that helps, Dunk (Big D)
