I played and recorded a bassline on track 5 while protools is on loop mode.. then i set it to repeat. and i began to notice right away that it clicks everytime it repeats.. any suggestions?

do a teeny tiny fade at the start and end of your loop
OR
zoom WAY in on the audio at the loop points and adjust the loop so that the waveform matches better
